Email or message Jim directly with what's concerning you. There's no form to fill in first — a plain description of the issue is all that's needed.
You'll get a reply confirming the concern has been received and understood, with an honest timescale for a full response.

Session quality, communication, billing and payment plans, and how Advocacy casework has been handled. Safeguarding concerns should always be raised immediately by the fastest means possible, rather than through this written process.
