A fully-funded place and a part-funded place are available, built in from the very start of this business — a genuine, deliberate commitment at this scale, not a token gesture. This page sets out exactly how they work.
For students whose school or Local Authority confirms Free School Meals or Pupil Premium eligibility, in writing.
For families with a current Universal Credit or Tax Credit award notice, or 16-19 Bursary Fund confirmation.
Both places apply to standard tutoring rates — KS3, GCSE, SEND-aware tutoring, Home Education, and Adult Learners. EHCP Advocacy work is priced separately and isn't included.
Official documentary evidence only — not a verbal or written statement of income alone. Acceptable evidence includes:
We check this evidence every year. This makes sure places stay fair. It isn't just a one-off check when you apply.
Applications are welcome at any time. We review them four times a year — August, December, March and July. This means a new place always starts at the beginning of a term, not partway through it.
Where both places are already filled, new applicants join a waiting list and are considered at the next review point.
You'll receive an automatic confirmation once the form is submitted.
Apply anyway, and note this on the form — it's straightforward to confirm the right tier once the evidence is reviewed.
Please get in touch as soon as possible. Places are reviewed every year, but it's always better to tell us early.
Applications are handled through a short online form. It covers both tiers, and you can upload your evidence directly.
