Pay-as-you-go with no obligation, save more the longer you commit, or spread a course or Advocacy package into simple monthly instalments. Every option on this page is explained here once, so it's clear wherever you see it mentioned.
Every new family starts with pay-as-you-go, or a trial session. This is the lowest-commitment option. It's the only one we'll ever suggest at first. Once you know it's working, you can choose to lock in a lower rate for longer.
| Option | Commitment | Rate |
|---|---|---|
| Pay-as-you-go | None — cancel anytime | £38/hour (standard rate) |
| 6-month plan | 6 months | £38/hour (standard rate) |
| 9-month plan | 9 months | £36.10/hour (5% off standard rate) |
| 12-month plan | 12 months | £34.20/hour (10% off standard rate — the best available rate) |
The same commitment structure applies to KS3 Group Sessions and Adult Learner Group Classes, at their own £22/hour (£88/month) standard rate — not the 1:1 rate above.
| Option | Commitment | Rate |
|---|---|---|
| Pay-as-you-go | None — cancel anytime | £88/month, £22/hour (standard rate) |
| 6-month plan | 6 months | £88/month, £22/hour (standard rate) |
| 9-month plan | 9 months | £83.60/month, £20.90/hour (5% off standard rate) |
| 12-month plan | 12 months | £79.20/month, £19.80/hour (10% off standard rate — the best available rate) |
What "commitment" actually means: if you choose a 6, 9, or 12-month plan, you owe the full amount for that term. This is true even if you stop attending early. This is why we can offer you a lower rate in return. We'll always explain this clearly first. And we'll never offer these plans until you've had a few weeks to know it's genuinely right for you.
Pay the £264 programme fee in full, or split it evenly across the 12 weeks — the total owed doesn't change either way.
Application and Draft Review packages can be paid via 3 fixed monthly instalments; Tribunal Support via 4. This is a commitment to pay the full package fee, in fixed monthly amounts, until it's paid off — not an ongoing service you can stop partway through. The schedule is fixed at the start of your case and doesn't change if the case is faster or slower than expected — the full fee is still owed. This option is open to every family, and isn't means-tested.
Prefer to pay in full? Save 10% off the full package price by paying upfront in one payment, instead of via instalments.

A £15 account credit, applied once the family you refer has completed 4 consecutive weeks of paid sessions.
10% off their first month — a welcome discount, on top of whatever plan they choose.
Referral discounts aren't combinable with bursary places (see Bursary Places), to keep bursary support focused on families who need it most.
Yes — get in touch and we'll talk through what makes sense, whether that's moving up to a longer commitment or back to pay-as-you-go.
Please contact us as soon as possible. We'll always talk it through directly, not just apply a rule. Real hardship is exactly what the bursary scheme and instalment options are for.
No — those use the instalment structure above instead, since they're fixed-length programmes rather than ongoing weekly support.
